Journal policies

The journal is oriented toward research and scientific outreach papers, preferably in disciplines such as mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, and technology.
Any submission that meets the quality standards is welcome by the journal, regardless of the characteristics of the person(s) submitting it. However, the journal was created to promote and disseminate the scientific work carried out at FMAT, so the editorial committee must always take appropriate and ethical measures to achieve these purposes.
Any manuscript submitted to the journal (with the possible exception of letters to the editor) must undergo a rigorous peer-review process, through which an evaluation will be obtained to determine whether it is accepted for publication. As a medium of communication serving science, the journal expects all authors to act with professionalism, veracity, honesty, and full ethical integrity in what they submit for publication. In turn, the journal will maintain a high standard in its processes for authors, including the composition of reviewer committees.
